Ideal Guestbook is owned and operated by Marketing Department, a partnership managing several web-based business sites since 1995. We made the decision to develop a commercial Ideal Guestbook because there was a need for a full-service, auto-generated publication page system for websites, that included a visible feedback form entry solution for visitors.
The ability to encourage feedback to benefit a website was an important factor. We added a feedback analytics
solution to allow for the calculated evaluation of input from both visitors and customers.
The development of these features and functions provides the web owner with a valuable business asset that allows users to interact with the web owners in a way that definitely benefits the website, as well as, provides people with an easy avenue to review and send comments, praise, suggestions, complaints and ratings.
